Criteria for appointment as Special Executive Officer:- Paragraph No. 2 of G.R. Dt-03.02.2025

    • The age of the concerned person should not be less than 25 years and not more than 65 years as on 1st January of the calendar year in which he is to be appointed as Special Executive Officer.
    • The person concerned should have passed “at least 10th (S.S.C.) or equivalent examination, for tribal and remote areas “at least 8th examination”.
    • The continuous residence of the person concerned in Maharashtra should be at least 15 years immediately preceding 1st January of the calendar year in which he is appointed as Special Executive Officer.
    • The person concerned should not have been convicted of a criminal offence or a serious offence has been registered against him or he has not been declared bankrupt by any court.

Criteria for appointment as Special Executive Officer (Award Person):-

    • After the announcement of the awards of the Gunwant Kamgar Kalyan Puraskar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samaj Bhushan Puraskar, Sant Ravidas Puraskar, Lokshahir Anna Bhau Sathe Puraskar and Karmaveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad Puraskar, the District Collector shall appoint such persons as Special Executive Officers from among the awardees who fulfill the criteria mentioned in paragraph 2 above.
    • If any criminal record is found against such awardees after their appointment as Special Executive Officers, the District Collector shall also take action to cancel their appointment as Special Executive Officers.
    • If it is found that any court has convicted him, his appointment as Special Executive Officer shall be cancelled immediately by the District Collector and he shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
    • The appointment of the above-awarded persons as Special Executive Officers shall continue till their age of 65 years and after the age of 65 years they shall be disqualified

Criteria for appointment as Special Executive Officer ( for retired State Government Officers)

    • The concerned Group “A” and Group “B” (Gazetted) officer, whether he has retired as per the prescribed age limit or has retired voluntarily, should be a pensioner.
    • a) If any departmental inquiry proceedings are pending against a retired Group “A” and Group B (Gazetted) officer in respect of any criminal or serious matter (cases related to bribery, cases related to serious crimes) while he was in Government service, such retired officer shall be ineligible for appointment as Special Executive Officer.
    • e) He shall be eligible to work as Special Executive Officer for a period up to the age of 65 years.

Government decision regarding PM Kisan Yojana:- Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries dated 15 June 2023

1. Indian Citizenship can be acquired under any of the following provisions of the Citizenship Act, 1955:-

    • Citizenship by birth Section 3
    • Citizenship by descent Section 4
    • Citizenship by registration – Section 5
    • Citizenship by naturalisation Section 6
    • Citizenship by incorporation of territory – Section 7

2. The acquisition and termination of Indian citizenship is governed by the provisions of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and Citizenship Rules, 2009. For more information, please visit website https://indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in/

3. Indian Citizenship can be acquired by any foreigner by registration under section 5 or by naturalisation under section 6 of the Citizenship Act, 1955. A foreigner, on fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply for Indian citizenship under section 5 or section 6. Migrants belonging to Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Parsi, Buddhist and Christian communities of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have been given certain relaxations / facilities while submitting the application for Indian citizenship. The eligibility conditions under the provisions of Sections 5 or 6 of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and the list of documents to be attached with the applications are listed in the below table

6. Two newspaper (circulating in the district in which the applicant resides) cuttings of different date s or of different newspapers notifying his intention to apply for citizenship in the prescribed language application form.

 

Issuance of license for storage and sale of liquor and firecrackers as per Rule 113 of Explosives Rules 2008

  • For storage and preparation of ornamental liquor there should be appropriate  distance for the safety point of view. (site plan)

  • Applications are expected to be submitted on the website  https://lsda peso.gov.in/1 SDA/Login.aspx. 
  • As per the application, action is being taken regarding granting of license for storage of ammonium nitrate, sodium chlorate, sulphur etc. as per Arms Rule 2016 of Arms Act 1959 (Arms and Ammunition).
